The Villa

Enchanting 5 Bedroom, 5 Bathroom, Single-Family House located in the popular gated Windsor Hills Resort on Teascone Boulevard! Step inside this fully furnished home to be greeted by a large foyer with a high ceiling. A formal dining room and fully-equipped kitchen with a serene breakfast nook can be seen towards the front of the home.

Step out of the spacious family room onto the private lanai to enjoy the sun or cool off in the south-facing, screened-in pool! The Pool and SPA can be heated upon request!

Take some time off in our fabulous Game Room. Our newly renovated Game Room has a Pool table table, improved flooring and walls, Marvel theming, 80" TV, Air Conditioning, comfortable seating, and a standing Arcade game with over 17,000 Games (No exaggeration!).

Double Master Bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor and have easy access to the private lanai with pool and spa. A third Mickey/Princess themed bedroom is located at the front of the home, with two additional Star Wars bedrooms upstairs. Every bedroom in the home features new flooring, an ensuite bathroom and smart TV.
